Mauricio Pochettino defends team selection after 'cruel' defeat

Mauricio Pochettino defended his team selection after Tottenham Hotspur suffered a "cruel" 2-1 defeat by Inter Milan in their Champions League Group B opener at the San Siro on Tuesday.
