'I'll be back' vows Nadal after injury halts US Open repeat bid

Defending champion Rafael Nadal was forced out of the US Open semi-final on Friday following a knee injury. A devastated-yet-defiant Spaniard said that the injury will not stop him from chasing more Grand Slam glory. He said the trouble was the familiar tendinitis he's dealt with for a decade, unpredictable but not career-threatening.
